Meanwhile, Nyonya Asam Laksa is produced by using a rather spicy and sour laksa gravy which is then decorated with the same by-products as Baba Laksa.
Apart from Baba Laksa and Nyonya Asam Laksa, Jonker 88 also serves unique cendol dishes. Machine -grated ice, Melaka sugar essence, green jelly, red beans, coconut milk are the basic ingredients used to produce delicious cendol.
What is interesting about this Baba Nyonya cendol is that they produce their own ‘Gula Melaka’ which if you can see it is quite thick, quite flavorful, and smells fragrant!
