Mee Goreng (fried noodles) is one of the famous dishes in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.

The main ingredient needed in the preparation of ‘Mee Goreng’  is ‘Mee Kuning’ where these noodles will be sautéed with homemade sambal (chili mixed with some spice mixture).

The dish is often garnished with julienned cucumbers, fried eggs, half-sliced lemon, and raw sliced onions to give a delicious & great flavour to the plate.
