Mee Rebus is one of the Malay noodle dishes. This noodle dish is popular throughout Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Mee Rebus is also referred to as ‘Mee Kuah’. The type of noodle that is used in Mee Rebus is ‘Mee Kuning’ which is a slightly thick and cylindrical noodle.

The spicy, sweet, and concentrated broth is made from a combination of sweet potato, curry powder, water, taucu, dried shrimp, and groundnuts. This dish is also garnished with boiled eggs, musk lime, scallions, soup leaves, green chilies, red chilies, fish cake, fried tofu, and bean sprouts.
