Baked Bread or better known as Naan Bread is one of the breads from the Middle East region of India. This bread is usually round and slightly oval. Naan bread is a type of unleavened bread (yeast) that is usually baked by grilling using a traditional oven from hot charcoal.

This bread has a relatively soft texture when hot but is quite sticky, hard and difficult to chew when cold. This bread is usually eaten with vegetable and meat curry, tandori roast chicken, rogan josh, tikka masala and others.

This bread is good for health because it does not contain oil during grilling. Baked Naan bread will then be smeared with butter or ghee. This bread also contains high carbohydrates and is very suitable for people who do not eat rice.
